Jody and Jason joined their dad's sole proprietor firms after working elsewhere. Both under forty have taken their father's firms in new directions and each firm has experienced phenomenal growth. They have joined together, to share their best practices with a new approach. Jason's focus is on Process, Client Selection, and Social Media. Jody's focus is SAAS Technology, Value Billing and Consulting. What will a firm of the future look like, it's already here. Jody and Jason will each share how they reinvented their father's firms and how their dads are thrilled with the outcome.
Course Structure
This course is presented using the “Consultant Teaching” methodology. The course content is completely dependent on the group of individuals attending the workshop …so be prepared to get involved. Attendees will be given a Skelton Case Study of “Have the Idea and Have the Guts” from which your small group will create a new Innovative CPA firm.
